Bio

Bill has been practicing meditation and undergoing formal Zen training since 2000. He teaches meditation and mindfulness with a focus on the breath, senses, loving-kindness (Metta), visualization and mantras for the purpose of promoting spiritual well-being, pain management, and stress reduction. This instruction is best suited for those with little or no prior meditation experience, and for those who want to reboot their practice.
