The practice of meditation can do more than just calm our minds and bodies. Meditation can increase our self-awareness and help us to see our true path so we can live our dharma!

During this two hour workshop participants will practice a Kundalini Meditation for intuition and then deeply listen to their intuition. Next, participants will capture their vision for 2019 on a vision board.

Supplies will be provided (magazines, poster board, scissors, and glue); however, if you would like to recycle your magazines, please bring them.
