Becca is trained as a clinical nutritionist and has been a group facilitator, speaker and mentor for personal and collective transformation for more than two decades. Vibration is us and everything around us. Integrating healing through tonal vibration, Lauren wants you to experience sound healing in your own way. You can dance, meditate, or lay down and absorb the healing sounds. Her purpose is to bring people to higher state of consciousness where they are drawn to being more compassionately communicative and loving in every way.

Lauren draws from her 25 years of musical training and uses instruments ranging from the indigenous sounds of the didgeridoo, singing bowls, native drums, crystal pyramid, and tuning forks to the modern sounds of electronic music. Join her for a journey through sound that will resonate in your bones.

Come be cleansed and cleared of stagnant energy in your body while being sent spiraling into the ether on a glorious and healing journey through sound.

Vibration is us and everything around us. Integrating healing through tonal vibration, Lauren wants you to experience sound healing in your own way. You can dance, meditate, or lay down and absorb the healing sounds. Her purpose is to bring people to higher state of consciousness where they are drawn to being more compassionately communicative and loving in every way.

Lauren draws from her 25 years of musical training and uses instruments ranging from the indigenous sounds of the didgeridoo, singing bowls, native drums, crystal pyramid, and tuning forks to the modern sounds of electronic music. Join her for a journey through sound that will resonate in your bones.
