DESCRIPTION

The Pali word Kusala can be translated as skillful, wholesome or beneficial – aspects by which we can measure a “good” life. Combining mindfulness meditation techniques with an intellectual investigation of skillfulness can catapult your path toward happiness.

These classes are based on Buddhist teachings of skillfulness, and are brought to life within the framework of modern-day challenges and triumphs.
