Treat yourself to a relaxing hour of mediation with the soothing tones of singing bowls. This class is great for beginners!
During the first half of class students will practice concentrative meditation using breath as a tool to focus the mind and calm the body.
During the second half of class students will relax in Savasana and enjoy the soothing tones of singing bowls. Please bring a yoga mat and a meditation shawl or blanket if you have one!
