These weekly sessions provide an opportunity to learn how meditation can help with physical and emotional health, as well as promote healthy empathic skills and intuition for a happier, more meaningful life.
I have designed an approach using combined knowledge from neuroscience, religion, various meditation practices, Auryvedic medicine, Western & Eastern medicine, breathing practices, yoga, and my own personal experiences with myself and my students.
This multi-faceted approach offers a unique way to help busy individuals not only be well, but to thrive with a practice that is both flexible and beneficial. Donations welcome.

Come in comfortable clothes. We remove shoes to go into the sanctuary so be mindful of wearing socks if your feet tend cold. 🙂
