Yoga is an ancient Indian healing tradition that utilizes a gently flowing integration of postures and breath, with an emphasis on accessing a calm and empowered body, mind, and heart.
This practice consists of stretching and strengthening joints, muscles, and tissues, as well as an exploration of breathing, relaxation, and mindfulness techniques.
Integrated Yoga for Healing and Alignment takes a classical approach–we move at a gentle, mindful pace with emphasis on breath with the intention of facilitating awareness, healing, and alignment.
Classes are appropriate for all levels of experience and can be modified for those with physical considerations.
Please bring a mat, as well as any other props that are beneficial for your practice. Some mats and props are also available for use at the center.
