Whether you are facing the demands of your job, caring for your family members or others, managing stress that accompanies transitions, facing physical or emotional challenges — or any combination of these — mindfulness can help you meet them all with greater stability and enhanced well-being.

The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course is the acknowledged gold standard in the field of modern mindfulness training because of its long-standing, ongoing scientific foundation and its rigorous certification standards for its teachers.
