Gardening as Spiritual Practice

Next Class TBD

Jenny holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Religious Studies, and Neuroscience from the University of Colorado. During her time in community she immersed herself in transpersonal meditation, permaculture design, biodynamic principles of earth management, and the study of Astroshamanism with Franco Santoro, a well known shamanic healer.

Her education and experience has equipped her with an extensive knowledge of holistic nutrition, preventative health practices, emotional eating recovery, shamanic medicine, and lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results. Jenny is dedicated to assisting individuals in remembering their true identity, Oneness, by transforming abusive behaviors and illness into positive emotional nourishment.
