Jenny holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Religious Studies, and Neuroscience from the University of Colorado. In 2008, she fine tuned her somatic healing capabilities at the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado and the Upledger Institute.  In 2014, Jenny trained with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and deepened her understanding of dietary theory, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods. Jenny grounded all these teachings in practical life management when she lived as a community member at the Findhorn Foundation, an Eco-Village and Spiritual community in Northern Scotland dedicated to co-creative, sustainable farming practices and practical spiritual service. During her time in community she immersed herself in transpersonal meditation, permaculture design, biodynamic principles of earth management, and the study of Astroshamanism with Franco Santoro, a well known shamanic healer.

Her education and experience has equipped her with an extensive knowledge of holistic nutrition, preventative health practices, emotional eating recovery, shamanic medicine, and lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results. Jenny is dedicated to assisting individuals in remembering their true identity, Oneness, by transforming abusive behaviors and illness into positive emotional nourishment. She acts as a guide and teacher to those stuck in the human experience while directing them into their own numinous experience of the divine.

Carlene Moore

New Moon, New Me

Carlene believes in saying “yes”. Yes to inspiration, yes to excitement, yes to opportunities that make her heart flutter. Because of this, she has spent her career in varying industries (corporate, non-profit, startup, higher education, freelance) and her life in new places (Chicago, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Denver). When diagnosed with a chronic illness at age 28 and essentially put on bedrest, she wandered into a newly opened meditation studio, Unplug, near her house. Thus began her journey into mindfulness. She has been an avid practicer and was fortunate enough to be the Event Director for a global meditation summit featuring the Dalai Lama. Holding his hand and sitting with him in meditation was a true honor. She also has worked at both The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and the Daniels College of Business at The University of Denver developing experiential leadership and mindfulness programs for MBA Students.

Outside of work, she has said “yes” to being a wife and mother, living a full life with a chronic illness, writing a fiction novel (in progress now) through Lighthouse Writer’s Workshop’s 2-year Book Project Program, traveling to 6/7 continents and counting, and building a small company focused on women’s personal growth, keynote speaking, and corporate leadership/professional development.
