Room Rental Contract

Read the Treatment Room Rental Contract to decide if offering sessions at Mayu is right for you.

If you agree to the terms of the rental contract, contact Cierra McNamara to arrange a time to meet in person. She can be reached at or 303-437-6240. During this meeting you will be able to discuss the scope of your sessions, pricing, treatment room availability, membership, etc.


Setup Fee

Although practitioners are responsible for their own advertising, we do try to help you get the word out. If you would like your treatments to be listed on Mayu’s website, newsletter, and social media posts, there is a one-time $35 setup fee. Waiving this fee means your sessions will not appear on any Mayu communication channels.


Co-op Membership

Professional practitioners at Mayu are required to become co-op members. Everyone involved in the center plays an integral role, and our healers are no exception. As a co-op, Mayu is truly member-owned, member-operated, and member-supported.

Professional Membership is a simple one-time $25 fee. With this payment you become a Supporting Member of Mayu, and are able to use the center for drop-in meditation, foot baths, private meditation, and member-only events. In addition, you will receive discounts on retail items, and voting rights in the co-op. For additional perks you may pay annual dues to become a Plus or Full Member.
