DESCRIPTION
We all want to become better people. Some view spiritual development and meditation as a pathway to achieving that. Yet basic mindfulness training is NOT ENOUGH.
Without a proper understanding of how our subconscious mind behaves and why it seems we all have multiple personalities inside of ourselves, the only thing meditation will do is calm us down for a short while. With the information shared in this half-day retreat, you’ll come away with a more sophisticated understanding of who you are, why you act and feel the way you do, and how to stop being an a$$hole to yourself and other people.
Humor aside, this is one of the BEST classes a beginning meditator can attend (and anyone else who needs a reminder of why they sit).
This half-day retreat will include significant periods of guided meditation along with several talks and Q&A sessions.
