Mayu Concierge for Private Event Rentals

TASK

On-site attendant and Mayu representative during private event rentals

NEED

With every private rental, either half-day or full-day, up to 10 days per month

VOLUNTEER TIME REQUIREMENT

Depends on the length of rental, and the number of concierges working together. As little as 2-3 hours, to 5-6 hours. Tasks include opening and closing the center before and after rentals begin (lights, heat/AC, etc.); welcoming event hosts and their guests, answering questions (location of restrooms, backup supplies, wifi password, etc.); answering visitors’ FAQs about Mayu; ensuring visitors abide by rental rules and protocols, etc. Variable hours from 7:30am to 8:30pm.
