We stand behind our workmanship. When used properly, the Mayu Seat will last you a lifetime.
Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Negligence
If your Mayu Seat arrives damaged we will refund your entire purchase including shipping. Returns for manufacturing defects or shipping negligence must be made within 2 weeks of placing the order. Please describe in detail (including photos) damaged or defective area(s) of the seat along with any damage to the packaging.
If your Mayu Seat does not meet your expectations you may return it for a full refund, shipping charges excluded. Returns NOT due to defective materials must be made within 1 month of placing the order. Please describe the reason why your Mayu Seat did not meet your expectations.
Quality or Performance Issues
If your Mayu Seat breaks or malfunctions under normal, intended use you may return it for a full refund, shipping charges excluded. Returns due to breakage or malfunction must be made within 6 months of placing the order. Please describe in detail (including photos) broken and/or malfunctioning area(s).

Defective pieces can be replaced. You may not need to return your Mayu Seat if a broken or malfunctioning piece can be exchanged. If a seat, leg brace or rear frame is defective we will send you a replacement piece based on the policies below.
Pieces that arrive to you damaged will be replaced for free. A request for new pieces must be made within 2 weeks of placing the order. Please describe in detail (including photos) damaged or defective pieces of the Mayu Seat along with damage to the packaging, if necessary.
Pieces that break or malfunction under normal, intended use will be replaced for free. A request for new pieces must be made within 6 months of placing the order. Please describe in detail (including photos) broken and/or malfunctioning pieces.
Please call or email us prior to returning your order or requesting a refund. This will help us determine the best course of remedy.
Returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received we will confirm with you by email or phone. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns.
