Member Event Setup and Cleanup Crew

TASK

Assist event coordinators with preparing the site before events, and cleanin up after events.

NEED

With every member event, approximately 2 – 3 per month.

VOLUNTEER TIME REQUIREMENT

30 min. to 2 hours, based on task. Typical needs are: setting up tables with supplies for food and beverages; meet and greet at sign-in station; giving tours and answering FAQs about Mayu; monitoring supplies and restocking restrooms, food and beverage supplies, etc; site cleanup
