How it Works:

Mayu has a variety of offerings for students including weekly classes, monthly classes, workshops, retreats, and 3-week intensives.

Mayu has no affiliation with a specific meditation teacher or lineage. Instructors and facilitators who lead classes in our sanctuary come from a wide range of backgrounds.
